Product Empties| April 2017

I find there is something very satisfying about finishing products. De-cluttering a little bit, not adding to the long line of forgotten half-empty products in my drawer. It’s incredibly satisfying. Since i had my eyebrows microbladed at the end of last month, i’ve not been wearing much make-up so this is mostly skincare but there is a few bits!

Simple Hydrating Cleansing Oil (x) £6.99. I featured this product in my last wish-list IMG_3293post but i did think it was quite expensive. I did however, manage to pick it up half price. I really like oils to remove make-up and this is gentle and nourishing. It’s not that great for removing eye make-up but it’s not that much of a problem. While i like this, it’s not as good as The Body Shops’ Camomile cleansing oil, although the Simple cleansing oil is half the price. I do like it, and would buy it again on offer.

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish (x) £14. This is a really creamy cleanser, which is incredibly luxurious. It’s good for removing make-up, although again not eye make-up, and it’s really gentle. I love this product in the winter because it just feels like you’re giving your skin a treat in the cold weather but at £14 a bottle, i wouldn’t use it all year.

Zoella Beauty Wonderous Whip Body Cream (x) £8. If you’ve been reading this blog for a while you’ll know i’m obsessed with everything Zoella, including Zoella Beauty. This was released last year to compliment the original collection. This moisturiser is much lighter than the original moisturiser which makes it great for every day use. Yet it still has the rich, indulgent feel of the other moisturiser. It also comes in a pot so you don’t need to fight with the tube when it’s almost finished.

Lush Cosmetic Warrior Face Mask (x) £7.25. IMG_3291 As far as face masks go, Lush are some of the best. I don’t buy them often due to the sheer trauma of shopping in lush. I love these when my skin is breaking out, the antiseptic in it really makes my skin feel less on fire, particularly since you keep it in the fridge.

Benefit Gimme Brow (x) £20. This is one of the best brow gels i’ve ever tried but for the price of it, the tube should be doubled in size. It grabs onto every hair and gives the appearance of fuller brows and i love the effect. The tube only lasts a month so it’s too expensive to keep up. I’m going to shop around and try other brow gels before i go back to this one.

Benefit they’re real! tinted mascara primer (x) £19.50. I received this as a sample and i have been so impressed with it! I have long lashes naturally, so i don’t look for much in a mascara. I’ve tried the they’re real! mascara but i find it’s incredibly difficult to get off and that just puts me right off. This gives me length, definition and it’s easy to get off. I have so many mascara’s i’ll never get through them all, but i love this and would definitely repurchase.

Zoella Lifestyle Lazy days Candle (x) £12. This smells incredible, it’s so warm and cosy and is great for studying days. These burn for so long and i love just having candles lit in my bedroom.

I really hope you enjoyed this post, if you did be sure to give it a like and subscribe so you don’t miss another.

No not at all, washing it off is just like washing any facial wash off. It’s very light. Thanks for reading!
